Advanced Monitoring and Management screen not displaying

Requirements for the Advanced Monitoring to work:

  • The user must have the Advanced monitoring feature (found in Enterprise level plans)
  • The host version must be 2.6.9 or greater
  • The machine must be online (the green indicator is on in the command center)
  • The R2PCSecureTunnel service must be running on the machine
  • The legacy_signalling registry key
